The University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe is a prime setting for research, scholarly, educational and creative seminars, workshops and conferences. The 18-acre setting in Incline Village, Nevada includes 10 classrooms, several meeting/conference rooms, both large and medium events spaces, a cafeteria and catering service, highly equipped laboratories, 88 dorm rooms and the Lou Sardella Student Commons Lawn. The natural setting provides a living laboratory and creative inspiration for scientists, artists and students alike.
Reservation priority is given to University of Nevada, Reno faculty and students. Organizations promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship of Lake Tahoe are encouraged to reach out to our events team.

Whether you’re hosting a fully onsite session or integrating remote participants, our team ensures your technology, layout and presentation needs are fully met—from AV setup and connectivity to seamless coordination throughout the event—so you can focus on delivering an engaging and professional experience.
Steps to apply and plan your event
Step 1
Submit an event application form (minimum three months in advance for large events).
Step 2
Our events team will review your request and schedule a consultation.
Step 3
If approved, we will work with you to finalize event details, including logistics, A/V needs and catering.
Step 4
You will receive confirmation and work with our support staff to ensure a seamless experience.
Get to know campus — spend a weekend with us!
Faculty, staff and students are invited to join us on campus for several organized overnight excursions or flexible weekend getaways.
