Welcome

It’s truly my pleasure to join you all once again to celebrate all that you have achieved this year. It is so nice to have the opportunity to enjoy a special evening together to take a moment to pause and reflect, and realize all that we have accomplished as a College.

Since the time I arrived here over 10 years ago, each year has held its own challenges. But, one thing has remained constant: our students, faculty, staff and supporters remain steadfast working hard to enrich our communities, our state and beyond. I truly appreciate it and appreciate each and every one of you.

We will now get to enjoy highlighting just some of your remarkable work – in teaching, learning, research and engagement that define our University’s tripartite mission as a land-grant institution.

You have all toiled selflessly for causes aimed at enriching lives and bettering the world, and I thank you all for that. Now, let’s all sit back and enjoy celebrating your successes.
