Affiliates are persons who require university privileges but are not students, employees, or contingent workers of the University. An Affiliate application must have a University approver referenced that is a dean, director, or department chair. Charges for Affiliate cards are $10 for a first-time card usable for purchases with loaded funds, meal plans, and door access. The card fees must be paid by the individual or by the department IPO when the card is printed. Photos may be attached to the application but must meet photo requirements as listed under Step 4 on how to get your WolfCard. Please allow 48 business hours for your request to be completed by the WolfCard office after the department’s approval.
