Summary
Hello! My name is Viet Chu, and I was raised in Anaheim, California, as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm currently a junior majoring in Biology on the pre-med track, with an end goal of specializing in ophthalmology! I was raised by Vietnamese refugee parents, who immigrated to find a better life for their families. As a first-generation, low-income student, I've faced the hardships of starting college and understand the struggle of trying to stay in college and am glad to get the opportunity to help other students in the same position I found myself in years ago!
