Floor plans and pricing

Ponderosa Village offers both one bedroom, one bathroom and two bedroom, two bathroom apartments.  

For the two bedroom, two bathroom apartments, there are two options:

  • Two tenants will occupy the apartment t in a bedroom (two occupants will have separate license agreements in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit and share the kitchen/common area) or a one bedroom, one bathroom unit.
  • Lease Agreements are limited and designed for tenants to have additional occupants (spouse/partner, family, etc.) living with them in a one bedroom, one bathroom unit or a two bedroom, two bathroom unit.

One bedroom, one bathroom

  • Unit features: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer
  • Occupancy: up to 2 persons max if on a lease agreement, 1 occupant max if on a license agreement
  • Size: 685 square feet *exact arrangement of unit may vary
  • 2023-2024: $1,262 per month
  • 2024-2025: $1,325 per month

This floor plan is four rooms. The bathroom is in the top left corner and contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. The bathroom connects to a bedroom in the bottom left corner. The bedroom measures 12 feet by 13 feet, 2 inches. There is also a closet. The top right corner of the picture shows the front door which enters into the kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The washer and dryer are located to the left of the front door, adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. The living room, in the bottom right corner measures 13 feet, 11 inches by 15 feet, 10 inches and connects to the bedroom on the left side.

Two bedroom, two bathroom

  • Unit features: Two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and locking bedroom doors, kitchen, living room, dishwasher, washer, dryer.
  • Occupancy: up to 5 persons maximum for leased units, up to two person maximum for licensed units
  • Size: 923 square feet *exact arrangement of unit may vary
  • 2022-2023 rate for full unit: $1,432 per month
  • 2023-2024 rate for full unit: $1,500 per month

This floor plan is six rooms. The front door is located at the bottom middle of the picture. The front door leads into the kitchen which includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The washer and dryer are located to the right of the front door, adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. The living room, in the middle of the picture measures 13 feet, 2 inches by 16 feet and connects to a bedroom on each side. The bedroom on the left measures 11 feet, 11 inches by 13 feet, 6 inches and includes a closet. The bedroom connects to a bathroom in the bottom left corner of the picture. The bathroom contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. The bedroom to the right of the living room measures 12 feet, 1 inch by 11 feet, 9 inches and connects to a bathroom in the bottom right of the picture. This bathroom also contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity with sink.

Private Bedroom

  • Occupancy: 1 person per bedroom - each individual will have a separate license agreement
  • 2023-2024 rate for private bedroom: $750 per month
  • 2024-2025 rate for private bedroom: $787 per month

This option allows you to have a private bedroom and bathroom in a two bedroom unit where you will sign a license agreement. Another person, on a separate license agreement, will be assigned to the other bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared by both residents.

When assigned to a private bedroom, you will be given a key that opens the front door and your bedroom only.
