Important Application Dates

Ponderosa Village is accepting applications from current residents seeking renewal and new residents through April 4, 2025.

After April 4, 2025, complete the Waitlist Form to receive updates about future availability.

Note: You should have already applied to a program at the University of Nevada, Reno or received a job offer and have an NSHE ID number prior to applying to Ponderosa Village.

All applicants and any additional occupants of the unit will be required to complete a criminal background check before signing a lease or license agreement.
