Stephanie Garcia, born and raised in Puerto Rico, draws from her personal journey as an advocate to inspire her professional work as a Family Navigator with the Nevada Center of Excellence in Disabilities and the University Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment.

As a Spanish-speaking bilingual, Stephanie connects with Nevada’s diverse community, offering families support, resources, and hope. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration at Western Governors University.

Stephanie is passionate about walking together with families as they navigate complex systems. She believes her work is more than a profession; it is her calling. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, she is committed to creating equity, inclusion, and access for all.
