Summary

Megan Szeto is the State Training Coordinator for Nevada’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports at the Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities. In this role, she coordinates a team of learning specialists who provide training and technical assistance to school leadership teams and their community partners across Nevada. Her work focuses on building capacity and ensuring fidelity in the implementation of evidence-based, trauma-responsive practices for the state’s highest-needs learners.

Megan also collaborates with local district teams to install and implement high-fidelity tiered practices in early childhood classrooms through Nevada’s Pyramid Model Partnership. She brings more than 25 years of experience supporting neurodiverse learners across home, school, clinic, and community settings and is deeply committed to the successful inclusion of all children in their educational and community environments. Megan is passionate about ensuring that intervention practices are assent-focused, engaging, and meaningful for learners.

She earned her master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst in the state.
