Summary

Ariel Bray is a Clinical Project Specialist whose primary role is supporting Pre-K classrooms in rural district sites and tribal Head Starts within Northern Nevada using Practice-Based Coaching and delivering Pyramid Model trainings. 

Ariel enjoys supporting and assisting in fostering a culture where all are seen, heard, and valued for who they are and not what they do. Connecting with joy and fun is a big part of her coaching style while working with her coachees. Ariel believes that everyone has something special to offer or contribute if they are given the opportunity.

A favorite quote of Ariel's comes from former UCLA men's basketball coach John Wooden: “It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.”
