Summary
Dr. Linsey Brennan is an Assistant Professor of Science Education at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her research focuses on science teacher learning, classroom discourse, and ideology through the lens of equity in science education. Dr. Brennan’s current research examines how teachers and youth collaboratively notice and respond to exclusionary practices in science classrooms. Before becoming a faculty member at the University of Nevada, Reno, Dr. Brennan taught biology, chemistry, and environmental science at an urban high school in Ohio.
