Tim Donohoe is a senior consultant with a law enforcement consulting firm. He has worked on international police reform projects with the United States Department of Justice’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program serving as the mission advisor in the Republic of Armenia and as a senior law enforcement advisor in Ukraine. He is a retired commander with the Reno, NV Police Department where he served for 25 years and has command level experience in both police operations and administration.
Tim is a National Institute of Justice, Law Enforcement Advancing Data and Science Scholar. He holds a Master of criminology and criminal justice degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology and criminal justice from Portland State University and an Associate degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in law enforcement from Truckee Meadows Community College. He was born and raised in Reno, Nevada where he graduated from Hug High School and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
