Summary
Hello! I am a Doctoral Psychology Intern here. I really value connection, curiosity, and finding meaning in our experiences (while also recognizing that sometimes things are just hard!). Outside of therapy, I love traveling, running, live music, being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending time with the people I love.
I approach therapy from an integrative, relational, and feminist perspective. I like to explore how relationships, identities, past experiences, and the larger systems we live within shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. I value creating a relationship where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself. While I take the work we do together seriously, I also appreciate authenticity, humor, and the lighter moments that can naturally exist alongside the harder ones.
I am a generalist clinician and enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, with particular interests in anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship concerns, identity development, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with first-generation college students and with students who want to better understand their patterns, relationships, and sense of self.
