New employees guide
Welcome! We know it can be overwhelming when you start at a new organization, so we email the below information to each new hire in the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Natural Resources.
The welcome email includes some marketing resources that will be useful to you as you begin in your new position. We encourage you to save the welcome email or bookmark this webpage version of it so you can refer back to it when you’re ready to tackle each item.
For a range of helpful marketing and communications resources
Visit the College's Brand Toolkit website! Here you'll find:
For marketing communications support
In the Brand Toolkit, you will also find support request forms for our team. If you need help with socials, websites, branding or content development, be sure to use one of our forms and we’ll work with you to get the support you need. Of course, if you aren’t sure, you can always email us.
For printing and ordering
Please note that before ordering printed materials, you will need to submit a request through the print release/branding support form to obtain approval and a print release number from campus. University policy states that, “Projects printed without prior approval are subject to review and approval by the Office of the President. These projects may need to be reprinted at the originating department's expense” (UAM 4714).
