Laboratory

The Student Health Center laboratory provides onsite CLIA waived testing in addition to blood draws. Certain tests can be completed on‑site, while others must be sent to external reference laboratories. Please be aware that some laboratory services may incur additional charges not covered by the student health fee. The laboratory operates during regular business hours. All testing must be ordered by a Student Health Center nurse or provider, and the lab is unable to process orders from outside healthcare providers.

Fasting laboratory instructions

For tests requiring fasting, please refrain from consuming food or beverages other than water for 8 hours prior to your blood draw.
