A written letter notifying a student of the alleged behavior that may violate the Student Code of Conduct.

The Assistant Dean (or the designee) shall discuss the allegation(s) with the Responding Party and allow the Responding Party to respond to the allegations. Witnesses will not be interviewed during an initial conference.
