The information below is designed to help you navigate the Student Code of Conduct.

The Assistant Dean (or the designee) shall discuss the allegation(s) with the Responding Party and allow the Responding Party to respond to the allegations. Witnesses will not be interviewed during an initial conference.

An administrative hold may be placed on your transcript and/or ability to register for classes until you participate in the conference. Should you never participate in the conference, the conduct process shall move forward, and a decision rendered in your absence.
