Sierra Stevens

Sierra Stevens is a senior majoring in Community Health Sciences. She is enrolled in the service-learning course Gerontology 431 for the Fall 2018 semester. In the course Stevens works to design, plan and host an event for the Senior Center in Cold Springs. She also participated in the Service-Learning Poster Showcase in Spring 2018. She has had great success in applying her course work to her career goals, and gives us her advice for all future service-learning students. "This course was special to me because I was able to apply my knowledge in a real-life, professional setting," said Stevens.
