Clery Act
The Clery Act requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses.
Annual Security Report
The University Police Department prepares the Annual Security Report, detailing campus crime statistics, safety and security measures, crime prevention programs and more. You may request a paper copy by contacting Police Services at (775) 784-4013.
Crime logs are posted only when criminal activity is reported to the Police Department from the campuses listed. Logs are updated when new reports are filed.
Crime logs are also available for viewing at the Police Department office in the Fitzgerald Student Services Building, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays on which university offices are closed. Daily crime logs reflect the last 60 days; for questions regarding crime reports older than 60 days, please contact us at (775) 784-4013.
