Juniper Hall, considered one of the most traditional residential buildings on campus, is located off Virginia Street and connects to Manzanita Hall, sharing a community lounge on the first floor. This building stands three stories and can house up to 78 residents with views of Manzanita Lake. Juniper Hall is only steps away from the Overlook Food Court that includes a variety of dining options, from Peet's Coffee and Tea to Mandalay Express.
As one of the University's classic residence halls, built in 1962, Juniper Hall has a private living layout, offering single bedrooms connected to another bedroom via shared closet space. Residents enjoy inclusive amenities, access to free laundry facilities, and a prime location to meals, community and classes.

All student rooms in Juniper Hall are carpeted and include a desk, chair, bed and mattress, and a chest of drawers for each student. Students have access to a shared closet space that's connected to another single bedroom.
The bed frames in Juniper Hall can be raised and lowered (four adjustable heights). Students are permitted to rearrange their rooms how they prefer, but at move-out, the room must be returned to how it was arranged during move-in.
Yes. Students have access to on-site laundry facilities with free use of washers and dryers.
No. Personal pets and/or animals are not allowed at Juniper Hall Hall. Students may receive approval for a service or emotional support animal through the Disability Resource Center and the Office of Residential Life, Housing and Food Services.
