Summary

Donica Mensing is a professor at the Reynolds School of Journalism, where she teaches courses in participatory journalism, social media, and basic reporting and writing; keeps an occasional blog and tweets at @donica. She served as associate dean for the school from 2015 to 2021. She is interested in the changing role of journalism in a networked society and how journalism schools can and should respond to these changes. She co-edited Journalism Education, Training, and Employment and led a complete curriculum redesign at the Nevada program.
