Summary
Lauren Anderson is a lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice. She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in criminal justice at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has previously worked and volunteered for many local agencies, including the Reno Police Department, Washoe County Juvenile Services and the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
Her interests include community and police relations, juvenile justice, effectiveness of community corrections programs and the influence of criminology on criminal justice law and policy. She teaches courses in introduction to criminal justice and policing.
