Summary
I am a Ph.D. student who is conducting gunshot wound and bullet trajectory analysis and comparing them against the manner of death (homicide, suicide, and accident) and then comparing the anatomical data against social demographic, temporal, geographic, and cultural factors to determine if there are any correlations.
I am a first-generation, low-income, disabled student who received bachelor's and master's degrees from California State University, Fullerton. Throughout my adult life, I have struggled with a physical disability from a sports injury. Thankfully, I have had a strong support system, and this disability has not stopped me from achieving my goals in life. Although it does mean I have to work harder to achieve them. I am an advocate for all first-generation, low-income, disabled students.
