Summary

Alberto Conti is a doctoral student in archaeology. His research interests include Human Behavioral Ecology and using settlement pattern analyses to understand Precontact period site patterning in Western North America. Prior to acceptance in the Ph.D. program, Alberto received his master's in applied anthropology at Boise State University. He has worked in cultural resource management for over seven years and has conducted archaeological work across southern Idaho and southeastern Oregon. Alberto recently instructed an archaeological field school at Lava Beds National Monument in northern California.
