Current status: M.A. Student

Isabelle (Izzie) Guerrero is currently an M.A. student focusing on the historic archaeology of California and Nevada. She is interested in the post-colonial period and her thesis project is looking at mid-19th to early 20th-century mining and logging industries in the Western Great Basin and Sierra Nevada. Her research methods are based in collaborative and Indigenous archaeology. She has previous archaeology and research experience in the San Fransico Bay Area, Sierra Nevada, Peruvian Andes and the Balearic Islands.
