Violations

If a rider violates any of our policies or tries to circumvent our limitations, they will receive a violation email from our Director of External Development. Penalizes may range from a warning to loss of access to our service, depending on the severity and number of violations.

Violations work on a rolling point system. The more points a rider accumulates, the higher the penalty. The rider will be made aware of how many points they have accumulated via the violation email they receive.

The person who books the ride is responsible for possible violations.
