Join the University in celebrating the start of a holiday tradition!

The University of Nevada has released a 2024 Nevada Holiday Ornament featuring the sesquicentennial logo, honoring 150 years of campus pride and memories. Start your collection this season and keep the spirit of Nevada close each year.

“Starting this tradition fills me with great pride as it offers The Wolf Pack Family a cherished keepsake that symbolizes 150 years of excellence here at the University. This institution connects all of us through a silver thread and this ornament is a physical realization of our connection," University President Brian Sandoval said.

A hand holds an ornament glistening in the sunlight on the Quad. You can see the sesquicentennial logo on the ornament.

The ornament, priced at under $10, can be purchased in the Wolf Shop and online. It is the first holiday ornament designed and distributed by the University, and a portion of all sales from the Wolf Shop go to the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) to support students, making it an impactful University memento.

Looking ahead, the University plans to create a unique holiday ornament each year to keep this tradition alive.

Check out the ornament at the Wolf Shop.
