Victoria Gailey finished third to lead the Nevada women's golf team to a fourth-place finish at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club Tuesday.

Victoria Gailey shot 70 during the final round on Tuesday dropping her score to even-par and finishing third in the tournament. Gailey posted a two-under final round which included her lowest 18 holes of the tournament (71+75+70=216). She made back-to-back birdies on 17 and 18 to end her day on a high note.

It marked the 13th top-10 finish of her career for Gailey. She is now third all-time in Nevada women's golf program history in career-top-10s, trailing only Melanie DeLeon (17) and Angie Yoon (30). It is also the ninth par or better round of Gailey's career. Gailey posted her fourth top-10 of the season and first of the spring.

Nevada tied for fourth with Grand Canyon at 22 over after a two-over final round. Santa Clara won the team championship at 16 over, Long Beach State shot 19 over to finish second, California Baptist went 21 over to finish third and Boise State rounded out the top six with a 24 over.

Leah John (+2) finished fifth with a 73 during the final round of play. John posted rounds of 71 (1st), 74 (2nd), 73 (3rd) for a 218 total. John posted one birdie during the final 18 holes of play today.

Anitra Khoth sank a birdie on nine on her way to a two-over (74) final round to finish tied for 20th (+6). Kaitlin Fleiner (+14) recorded three birdies during today's round, posting a 73 (+1) and finishing tied for 56th.

Kathleen Keomahavong (+27) finished tied for 100th after a six over (78) final 18 today.

The Pack once again finishes in the top 10 with the fourth-place marking. Nevada hasn't finished outside the top-10 in any of its tournaments this season.

Nevada closes out the regular season with a fourth-place finish and now prepares for the Mountain West Championships April 18-20 at the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
