My name is Caitlin McKinney and I'm here today to talk to you about QLess.
As we navigate social distancing guidelines, we wanted to ensure that we provide our students as many opportunities as possible to use our services. QLess is a cloud-based queue management system that will allow students to join the line virtually or schedule appointments via Zoom.
QLess will be used by offices such as Financial Aid, Cashiers, Admissions and Records, Nevada Money Mentors, Wolf Card and Veteran Services.
Students can join the queue by sending a text message using our website or the QR code. When you join the queue, you'll receive a text message to let you know your estimated wait time. After a short wait, you'll receive a notification that it is your turn to be helped.
Students can make an appointment online with the offices of Financial Aid, Cashiers and Admissions and Records. Those appointments are held through Zoom. As you make an appointment, You'll receive an email confirmation of your appointment day and time. And as your appointment nears, we'll send you an email confirmation with your Zoom appointment link.
