Registration requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled exam. Please fill out your registration form completely and always include your NAQTC Qualification Number.

Sampling and Density, Aggregate, Asphalt or Asphalt Extended tests

Written Exam Registration Form for SD, AG, AS, or AE Modules

When completing the registration only register for Asphalt OR Asphalt Extended. Do not register for both. Asphalt Extended includes the Asphalt module with an addition test method for the Extended section.
