Festival will call and box office locations

Passes and concert ticket sales will be available online in October.

After online ticket sale dates have passed, all pass and concert ticket sales can be purchased in person at any of the Festival Box Office locations below.

Church Fine Arts Building Box Office and Festival Will Call

Purchase and pick up pre-ordered passes, concert tickets and merchandise.

• Thursday, April 25: 6:30–8 p.m.
• Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27: 30 minutes prior to first performance time and until 15 minutes after the last performance time

Joe Crowley Student Union Box Office, 3rd Floor (No Will Call Available)

Purchase passes, concert tickets and merchandise.

• Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27: 30 minutes prior to first performance time until 15 minutes after the last performance time

Parking and transportation

Bus parking

Buses must park in the designated area north of campus (North Green Lot).

Car parking

• Thursday, April 25: Beginning at 5 p.m., parking is free for all attendees and on all levels of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex.
• Friday, April 26 daytime: Visitors are required to pay for parking before 5 p.m. All-day parking is available in the West Stadium Parking Garage and four-hour parking is available in the Brian Whalen Parking Complex. More space is available in the West Stadium Parking Garage on Friday.
• Friday, April 26 evening: Beginning at 5 p.m., parking is free for all attendees on all levels of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex.
• Saturday, April 27: Parking is free and available in both the Brian Whalen Parking Complex and the West Stadium Parking Garage.

Passenger loading/unloading

Daytime: Official unloading/loading areas for performers and instruments/equipment

• Church Fine Arts Building Loading Zone (1335 N. Virginia St.) Use for access to Church Fine Arts Building, University Foundation Arts Building and USAC
• Lawlor Events Center Loading Zone (1500 N. Virginia St.) Use for access to the Joe Crowley Student Union

Refund policy

Registration

• Through Feb 29: Receive a full refund with the exception of a $50 processing fee per group registration.
• March 1-April 7: All groups will be charged a 50% cancellation fee per group registration.
  • Out-of-state: $132.50 cancellation fee per group
  • Nevada (In-state): $115.00 cancellation fee per group
  • Title I: $100 cancellation fee per group
• Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of group registration.

Passes

• Full refunds through March 31. Passes must be returned to the Reno Jazz Festival office before a refund is issued.
• Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of pass(es).

Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
