Tell us your thoughts about COVID-19 vaccines

You’re invited to take part in an important study. The Nevada COVID-19 vaccine attitude/uptake research survey will collect information regarding your knowledge and attitudes about COVID-19 vaccines, which will help inform targeted communication and messaging strategies once a vaccine becomes available. The anonymous survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please take the version that applies to you: health care provider/trainee survey or community member survey.
The joint study is being conducted by UNR Med’s Clinical Research Center and the University’s School of Community Health Sciences – in cooperation with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services and Immunize Nevada. Thank you for your participation.
