President: Erica Bickel
Erica Bickel is a senior at the University of Nevada studying Marketing. Erica is currently apart of student government, ASUN, where she serves as a programmer focusing on Unity and Diversity initiatives. She is also involved in Student Ambassadors and Business Peer Mentors. Her future goals include working in sports marketing or public relations for a local organization.
Vice President: Luke Bittar
Luke is currently a junior in the College of Business hoping to declare a double major in Finance and Economics. He plans to pursue his JD/MBA after he receives his undergraduate degree. Being a lawyer has always been his dream. He wishes to develop new personal and professional relationships, by learning anything he can from the Business Student Council and his peers. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, and spending time with family.
Secretary: Giana Saletta
Giana is a junior pursuing a double major in Finance and Economics. In addition to serving on the Business Student Council she is an active member of the Sigma Kappa- Kappa Xi chapter on campus. After her undergraduate degree she plans on attending law school. Her goal as a member of the Business Student Council is to help set students up for success in their future by educating them on the professional development opportunities and programs the college has to offer.
Chris is currently a senior majoring in Accounting and Finance. Chris is also involved with the International Business Club and serves as President of the Wolf Pack Aquatic Club. His goal for the Business Student Council is to promote The College of Business and ensure adequate professional development options for all students. In his free time, Chris enjoys travelling, cooking, and helping raise a puppy for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Marketing Chair:Jeremy De Los Angeles
Jeremy is a senior at the University pursuing a degree in Information Systems with a minor in Cybersecurity. Outside of Business Student Council, he has served as the President of the Nevada Taekwondo Club and is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Kappa Psi. In his free time he is an avid tech enthusiast and a martial artist. As a member of the council, he hopes to get more business students connected with companies in the Reno area by making students more aware of the various internship opportunities that are offered.

Erica is a junior at the University of Nevada planning to major in Management. Additionally, she is enthusiastic about promoting the College of Business throughout campus, with the hopes of making students successful. After graduating she plans on pursuing a career in Human Resources. In her free time, Erica enjoys dancing, baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Brooke is currently a sophomore in The College of Business, planning on majoring in Management and minoring in Information Systems. She is also a part of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her family and boyfriend. As a member of Business Student Council, she hopes to professionally develop with others who have similar interests in business.
External Relations:Eric Jacobs
Eric is a Freshman in The College of Business pursuing a major in Management. In addition to his newfound service on the Student Business Council, Eric is Vice President of the UNR Entrepreneurship Club and the owner of Ambition Mobile Auto Detailing. His post graduation aspirations include becoming a prominent residential real estate developer and life coach, where he intends to diffuse the spirit of ambition and drive among those who surround him.
Advisor: Jim McClenahan
Jim McClenahan serves as the Director of Corporate Relations and Outreach for the College of Business. In this position, he is responsible for connecting graduate students to the business community through events, internships and providing contacts for career opportunities. He is also responsible for recruitment of new graduate students and administering the Corporate Partners program at the College of Business. Jim administers the Nevada Global Business Program, which is designed to give graduate and undergraduate students short, experiential, international course experience.
In the community, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for The Chamber (the merged Northern Nevada and Reno Sparks Chamber). He serves on the boards of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) and previously Western Industrial Nevada (WIN).
Abby Smith is a sophomore majoring in management. Abby loves to attend sporting events on campus and her hobbies include baking, golfing, and watching baseball. Her main goal by being in the council, is to help better The College of Business and become more involved with the University.

Arosha is a senior majoring in Marketing and minoring in Psychology. He was born in the beautiful small island of Sri Lanka and immigrated to the United States at just seven years old. He's currently an active member of Enactus pursuing an international project to assist poverty stricken individuals in the village he grew up in. In his free time Arosha likes to volunteer at animal shelters and spend a ridiculous amount of money on unnecessarily customizing his car. He is very proud to be a member of the BSC and hopes to increase participation amongst freshman for events held by the College of Business.
Christie is a sophomore hoping to declare a major in International Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. One of her long time aspirations has been to study abroad in Bilbao, Spain and explore as much of the world as possible. Her goal as a new member of the Business Student Council is to expand her professional network and work with like-minded people in order to improve the College of Business.
Dalia Vongpanya is currently a freshman in The College of Business, planning on majoring in General Business. Her goal is to promote The Business Student Council and support the success of all students at UNR. As a member of the BSC, she hopes to expand her professional network and create relationships that will last for many years to come. In her free time she loves to bullet journal, write calligraphy, do crossfit, and spend time with her family.
Danielle is a junior at the university majoring in Finance and Economics with a minor in Art History. In addition to Business Student Council, Danielle is involved in many other organizations on campus including Delta Gamma, Alpha Kappa Psi, and the Professional Network of Women. She also works at the Joe Crowley Student Union on campus. She loves snowboarding in the Winter and hanging out at Lake Tahoe with friends in the Summer. After she graduates, she hopes to move to London and continue her education in Dress and Textile Histories.
Deon is a senior at the University pursuing a degree in Management. Outside of the Business Student Council, he is the President of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and is involved with the COB Peer Mentors program. His main goal within BSC is to better his relationships with the College of Business students in order to aid in the development of their professional network. He enjoys activities like camping, snowboarding/skating, photography, stepping, and community service.
Gabi Lew is a Sophomore and Management Major at the University of Nevada. Outside of the Business Student Council, she is also an ASUN Event Programmer and an Orientation Guide. Her interests include watching New Girl, hanging out with friends, and long walks in the park. By serving on the Business Student Council, she hopes to gain networking skills, valuable connections on and off campus, and continued event-planning experience.
Jared is a senior in the Honors Program majoring in Economics and Finance. In addition to being a member of the Business Student Council, he has been actively involved on-campus through Enactus, GenFKD, Residential Life, the Nevada Career Studio, and the ASUN Department of Clubs and Organizations. During the past summer, he also received the opportunity to work as a sales intern for PepsiCo and plans on continuing there after graduation. In his final year, he also plans on applying for the Nevada Global Business Program in Singapore. Jared's goal for the Business Student Council is to develop a stronger connection with the business clubs and organizations on campus through Business Student Council.

Jennifer is currently a sophomore who will major in Marketing and Management. She is also a Student Ambassador and Membership Chair of the UNR Centennial Lions Club. In her free time, Jennifer likes to eat peanut butter, serve in the community, and travel to new places. As a member of the Business Student Council, she hopes to heighten awareness of the ample opportunities that the College of Business has to offer its students

Kathryn is a marketing and management major that also works with Plant Club and the Lions Club International. She was born in Hawaii and enjoys skiing, playing the violin, and spending time outdoors, especially with family and friends. Her future goals include getting a Masters Degree and marketing for environmentally conscious companies.
Kylie is a junior at the University majoring in Marketing. Her goals within the council are to promote The College of Business in a way that will get students more involved in their discipline and will allow incoming students to see what the Business Student Council and The College of Business are all about. Outside of the the council, Kylie is the Marketing Coordinator for The College of Business. In her spare time she enjoys, kayaking, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Lea is a junior studying International Business with a Management concentration in the Spanish European language track. In addition to serving on the Business Student Council she is a member of the Academic Integrity and Student Conduct Hearing Board. Lea was born in Germany but grew up in Spain for most of her life. She loves to travel, being active, sailing, horse-riding, and meeting new people. Her goal is to help students be successful by educating them on different professional opportunities the university has to offer.
Meg Price is currently a senior at the University of Nevada studying Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Meg is currently a part of the Business Peer Mentors where she serves as treasurer. She is also cofounder of FitnesSpiral, a social fitness machine company and author of a YA fiction novel. As a member of the Business Student Council she hopes to build her professional network as well as assist in sharing professional development opportunities available to business students.
Ryan is a Junior in the College of Business who prides himself on being a first-generation college student. He is pursuing his Bachelor's in Marketing, as well as an Economics minor. In addition to being on the Student Business Council, Ryan is the President of the Nevada Business Outreach Club and the owner of River Valley Golf Carts. His greatest post-graduation aspiration is to become a prominent figure in the Real Estate market. When not working or studying, Ryan enjoys competitive sailing and has two National sailing titles to his accolades.
Trevor (TJ) Christy is a Freshman planning to dual major in both Marketing and Management. On campus he is currently involved with ASUN, working as an intern for the Event Programming Department. As an unashamed Christian TJ has a passion for people and serving both the Church and those around him. Being a big outdoor enthusiast as well, you will often see him outside, snowboarding, hiking, or camping with those around him. With a love for digital marketing, TJ plans and hopes to become a brand manager for a major company in the outdoor industry.
