Ongoing Campus Construction:

William N. Pennington Student Achievement Center   - Updated 5/18/15

The construction fencing on the south side of the Pennington Student Achievement Center will be expanded southward, directly adjacent to the north side of Thompson Hall to facilitate walkway and landscape construction.  The fencing will remain in this location from May 18, 2015 through August 14, 2015.  Traffic through this area will be routed to the south of Thompson Hall and east of Jot Travis.  For two weeks only, from May 18 through June 1, the sidewalk area (shown in red on this map) will be closed to all traffic.  Pedestrian traffic will be re-routed through the north side of the Jot Travis Plaza, which includes a stairway.  A temporary ADA route is available around the south side of Jot Travis on the walkway above Manzanita Lake.  There are no provisions for service vehicle or cart access during this two weeks.

From June 1 to August 14, 2015, pedestrian, ADA, cart and service vehicle access around the south and east side of the construction site will be available by traveling south of Thompson Hall and then north along the east side of Jot Travis. During construction there will be periods of high activity and noise from trucks and equipment. Please review this map regarding access during this time.
