The University of Nevada, Reno Honors College is excited to announce that Honors student Yasmeen Quraishi was selected for the 2026 Summer Undergraduate Research Program in Cancer Biology at the University of Hawaii.

Quraishi was also selected for the 2026 WFIRM Summer Scholars Program in Regenerative Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Quraishi is an undergraduate student studying neuroscience and biochemistry and molecular biology. She worked with the Office of Undergraduate Fellowships on her application process.
