Join the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) in celebrating International Education Week (IEW) Nov. 17 through 21, 2025 – a nationwide initiative by the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of State that honors the power of global exchange.

IEW shines a spotlight on the transformative impact of international education –  from students and scholars crossing borders to the exchange of ideas that enrich our campuses and communities. USAC invites students, faculty, staff and the entire University of Nevada, Reno community to take part in a week full of exciting events and opportunities to explore the world through study abroad.

USAC is a non-profit organization offering 50+ study abroad programs across the globe. This fall, 71 Nevada students embarked on life-changing journeys, immersing themselves in new cultures and languages. The top destinations included Spain, Italy and Japan – with students from the College of Science, College of Business and College of Liberal Arts leading the way.
