For Rashaun, growing up in Barbados meant horse racing and the electrifying energy of the announcer's voice. That early fascination with language eventually brought him to the Speech Pathology and Audiology program at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Thousands of miles from home, Rashaun found his place — in the classroom, in club volleyball and in a community that fuels his passion to help others find their voice.
