Summary

I completed my B.S. in 2004 in Agricultural Ecology and Soils at the University of Wyoming. Over the next 16 years I worked in natural resource management for the U.S. Forest Service, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, and two environmental consulting firms, and I became a Certified Professional Soil Scientist. I am currently working with Dr. Monica Arienzo and pursuing a Ph.D. in Hydrology. I am interested in how microplastics move through watersheds, focusing on urban stormwater runoff and surface water-groundwater connectivity. In my free time I am equally happy exploring wild places or curled up with my dog and a good book.
