Summary
My name is Harland Dubois, I am a new Hydrology Master’s student. I grew up here in Reno, but left the city to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics at Colorado School of Mines. Since returning to Reno I decided to pursue a Master’s Degree, and the Hydrology program here at the University of Nevada, Reno was particularly appealing to me because of my own experience growing up in and around water, whether that be whitewater rafting and kayaking, surfing, or skiing. Along with my Master’s, I am pursuing the Geographic Information Systems and Sciences Graduate Certificate as I am interested in learning more about GIS and its applications.
