Summary
I grew up here in Nevada, this has always been home to me and I like it here. It is close to Lake Tahoe with an interesting desert next door, and surprisingly scenic eastern Nevada. I got my BS in Geology here at UNR in 2017. Post-undergrad jobs led me to field staffing at a mine water resource contractor which has further piqued my interest in groundwater. Now I come here as a graduate student looking to learn more about groundwater models and pit lake geochemistry forecasting working with Dr. Alexandra Lutz and Dr. Mark Hausner.
