Summary
Ally Fitts completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Colorado, Boulder in Environmental Studies and Geography, where she also received a certificate in Hydrology. She is a master’s student working with Dr. Anne Nolin and the Computational Mountain Studies Lab. Her graduate research analyzes variation of snow albedo across different scales of observation in burned watersheds, within the seasonal snow zone. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors hiking, running, and snowboarding.
