What is the THRIVE Center?

The THRIVE Center is a program in the Psychological Services Center that offers therapy, healing and recovery from interpersonally violent experiences. This program is for individuals who have been impacted by violence, specifically domestic or intimate partner violence.

Relationships should not be a source of stress, pain or danger. At the THRIVE Center, we offer a wide range of psychological services to help those who have suffered violence in intimate relationships to heal. Our team of caring and compassionate therapists are dedicated to helping you heal from the most traumatic of relationship experiences.

Our services are provided for FREE to all patients.

Clinic Hours

The clinic is open year-round but has limited availability of services in the summer and winter. We are closed whenever the University is closed (e.g., holidays, snow days).

We are not an emergency or urgent care facility.

The THRIVE Center within the Psychological Services Center is an outpatient-training clinic. If you need emergency care, you must call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
