Check-In Times
- Students living on campus: Your check-in time is determined by your residence hall move-in assignment. View your move-in assignment for your designated check-in time. View the Residential Life, Housing & Food Services webpage for more information.
- Students living off campus:
- E-FIT students: Check-in at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday
- HealthFIT students: Check-in at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday
- First in the Pack and TRIO students: All students in these programs must check in on Thursday, regardless of whether they live on or off campus.
What to Expect at Check-In
Students will report to the 2nd floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center at their assigned check-in time to:
- Pick up their WolfCard (if not already received)
- Check in to Housing (for students living in the residence halls)
- Check in to their NevadaFIT Academic Camp and receive materials for the week
- Receive their device and accessories with the Digital Wolf Pack Initiative
Before You Arrive
All students must complete the NevadaFIT module in Journey to the Wolf Pack (Canvas) before arriving for check-in. This module provides important information to help you navigate the check-in process and prepare for NevadaFIT.
Students must present their WolfCard (student ID) at check-in.
Need a WolfCard?
If you did not pick up your WolfCard during summer orientation, submit your photo through the WolfCard website before Wednesday, August 12 at 8:00 a.m. Students who submit a photo in advance can pick up their WolfCard during New Student Check-In.
If you do not submit a photo in advance, a photo station will be available during check-in. Please bring an additional form of government-issued photo identification.
Family and Guest Information
During check-in, families and guests are welcome to visit the 3rd floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center, where they can connect with campus departments and resources while students complete the check-in process.
