Q:  How do I gain access to the SSC-Campus program?

A:  Current students and faculty members already have access to the program.  Use the SSC-Campus Login link and sign in using your NetID and password.  For individuals seeking an academic advising role in the system, there are three things that need to be completed.  1) Contact your college/school trainers to get set up for training.  Complete the campus security form requesting access to SSC-Campus.  Complete FERPA training through WebCampus.  Once all three items are complete, you will be granted access to the program.  Any questions can be sent to the SSC-Campus administrators at ssc-campus@unr.edu.

Q:  How do I log on to the SSC-Campus program?

A:  Use the SSC-Campus Login link and sign in using your NetID and password.  If you are unsure about your NetID or password, please contact the IT Help desk for assistance.

Q:  I keep getting an error message saying that there are technical issues.  What should I do next?

A:  A quick troubleshooting option is to clear your browser cache and then log in again.  If the problem persists, you can e-mail for assistance to ssc-campus@unr.edu

Q:  What is the difference between SSC-Campus and MyNEVADA information?

A:  MyNEVADA remains the location for a student's official record.  SSC-Campus pulls data from MyNEVADA on a daily basis, so the information should match between the two programs.  SSC-Campus includes data from MyNEVADA that has been analyzed along with data that has been uploaded from faculty and staff regarding students
