Professor Berberoglu has engaged in a variety of international activities over the past four decades, serving as Chair of the International Activities Committee and Founding Director of the Ozmen Institute for Global Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno, as well as other global/international activities, including collaborative research projects, delivering keynote speeches and lectures, participating in conferences, and establishing contact with colleagues at various universities and institutes of higher learning around the world.  He has visited more than 60 countries in carrying out various international activities during the course of his academic career.
