Students will visit the 2nd floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center at their assigned appointment time to pick up their Wolf Card (if they have not already), check-in to their NevadaFIT bootcamp, pickup their iPad and accessories as part of the Digital Wolf Pack Initiative, and check-in to Housing if living in the residence halls. Your appointment time is determined by your move-in assignment, or by your camp if living off-campus.
Students are required to submit the NevadaFIT First Assignment on Canvas prior to arriving at check-in, in order to ensure that they have all tasks completed that are necessary to navigate the check-in process. Students must also show their Wolf Card (student ID) at the start of check-in. If you did not already pick up your Wolf Card during summer orientation, please send in your photo virtually to the wolfcard page. You will be able to pick up your Wolf Card during New Student Check-In if you submitted your photo virtually. Virtual photo submission will be accepted until Wednesday, August 17th at 2 p.m. If you do not submit your photo virtually, there will be a photo station to take your photo and print your Wolf Card then. Please bring an additional form of ID if you still need to pick up your Wolf Card.
Families/guests are welcome to visit the 4th floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center for a reception while their student completes the check-in process.
Students living on campus have a required community meeting August 18, 19, or 20 (the same day they move in).
