Angelica Perez, an honors student majoring in psychology and Spanish, was awarded a Gilman fellowship to study in San Sebastian, Spain. Angelica got help on her application from Professor Altherr Flores and the Office of Undergraduate Fellowships.
Perez says, “I wanted to study in Spain because I am double majoring in psychology and Spanish. Studying in Spain, specifically San Sebastian, allows me study both of my majors. By studying in Spain, I will be actively engaged with the culture, which will allow me to enhance my knowledge in my Spanish major.”
Congratulations, Angelica!
