Ludving Cano Fernandez will be joining the ATMS program from Bolivia. He is interested in mountain meteorology, aerosol optics, and aerosol measurement. He received the Mackay School and College of Science Dean’s Graduate Scholarship and the Graduate Dean’s Merit Scholarship in recognition of his outstanding academic record and promise of productive scholarship.
