Honors Student Ashley Breeze awarded the Honors Global Travel Award

February 13, 2026

The Honors College is thrilled to announce that Honors student Ashley Breeze was awarded the Honors Global Travel Award.

Breeze is a senior, majoring in microbiology and immunology and minoring in biochemistry. She used the Honors Global Travel Award to support her study abroad opportunity through the University Study Abroad Consortium, spending the January session in Montevideo and Buenos Aires.

This scholarship supports Honors students in their study/intern abroad experiences. This cycle, only 5 applicants were selected.
