State of the University address 2022: Wolf Pack Rising

President Brian Sandoval will touch on a number of University achievements, discuss institutional priorities and speak about the recently completed University Strategic Plan

President Brian Sandoval will deliver his State of the University address on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 3 p.m. in the Milt Glick Ballroom of the Joe Crowley Student Union.

Sandoval’s address is entitled, “Wolf Pack Rising,” and will touch on a number of University achievements over the past year, as well as institutional priorities for 2023, including the upcoming session of the Nevada State Legislature.

Sandoval will also speak about the recently completed University Strategic Plan, which was approved by the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents during their June meeting.

“The power of transformation and hope that our University has demonstrated over this past year has been tremendous,” Sandoval said. “This has been what has made the past year so meaningful. It truly has been an unprecedented effort by every person on this campus in realizing what has been incredible achievement in 2022.”

Sandoval, who was appointed the University’s 17th president in September 2020, will be making his second State of the University Address.
