As summer kicks off so does the University of Nevada, Reno's College of Business Nevada Global Business trips. This summer, students have the opportunity to travel to six destinations including New York City, Costa Rica, Poland, London, Toronto and Argentina. In partnership with Extended Studies, Nevada Global Business offers a variety of global study programs where students can take courses that focus on international business, management, leadership and humanities.

"In business, chances are the people you are communicating with, either within your own company or with vendors and outside agencies, aren't from the United States," Jim McClenahan, Director of Corporate Outreach for the College of Business, said. "Our goal is to offer international programs that provide students an advantage in the global economy as well as in their future job search."

Nevada Global Business utilizes a combination of online instruction, lectures, and tours to create an opportunity for both graduate and undergraduate students. Nevada Global Business is a way for students to take the knowledge from their courses, see first-hand business environments around the world and apply what they've learned to real-world applications.
