Faculty Senate Early Career Academic Faculty Committee to sponsor Q&A on April 4

Come join the Faculty Senate Early Career Academic Faculty Committee for a Q&A discussion on Tuesday, April 4, about advancing from Associate Professor to Full Professor - the challenges, the process, the expectations, the timeline and other issues regarding advancement to Full Professor.

The event, presented by the Faculty Senate Early Career Academic Faculty Committee and Faculty Senate, will feature introductory remarks from Provost Kevin Carman, as well as the following four panelist from across the University: Maryann Demchak, Special Education (and University Personnel Committee Chair); Fred Harris, Computer Science and Engineering (Faculty Senate Chair); Jack Hayes, Biology (Biology Department Chair) and Lynda Walsh, English (Associate Professor of English).
